Corporate Hub

The Corporate Hub project was developed as a large-scale commercial interior designed to enhance productivity, collaboration, and brand identity for a growing corporate organization. The primary objective was to create a workspace that not only supports daily operations but also reflects the company’s professionalism and modern business values.

The design concept revolves around a structured, minimal, and highly functional layout. The reception area was designed as a strong branding zone, featuring a custom-built front desk, illuminated logo wall, and a modern waiting lounge. This space was intended to create a powerful first impression for clients and visitors while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Workstations were arranged in an open-plan layout to promote teamwork and communication among employees. Ergonomic furniture was carefully selected to ensure comfort during long working hours. Cable management systems and integrated storage solutions were included to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Private cabins for management were designed with a more refined and sophisticated aesthetic. These spaces feature acoustic insulation, premium wood finishes, and executive furniture to ensure privacy and focus. Meeting rooms were equipped with modern presentation technology, smart lighting systems, and glass partitions to maintain transparency while reducing noise distractions.

The lighting design played a critical role in this project. A combination of natural light, ceiling-mounted LED panels, and task lighting was used to create a balanced and productive environment. Color psychology was also applied, using neutral tones with subtle accent colors to enhance concentration and reduce stress.

Breakout zones and lounge areas were added to support employee relaxation and informal collaboration. These areas include comfortable seating, greenery elements, and casual design aesthetics to create a refreshing contrast to the formal workspace.
